PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simply mount a cover plate made of a metal on the upper inside of a bag body by providing the cover plate made of a metal having a pair of nipping pieces to removably nip the opening edge part of a bag body from the inner and outer sides. SOLUTION: Only by nipping the opening edge part of a bag body 1 from above and the inside and the outside by a pair of nipping pieces 4A and 4b, a cover plate 2 made of a metal is mounted on the bag body 1 side. Rise pieces 6A, 6B, and 6C formed on the peripheral edge part of a shape retaining plate 3 make tight contact with the corresponding inner side of the bag body 1. This constitution improves a shape retaining effect and reliably recovers all the cutting edge of a cutter broken by the cover plate 2 made of a metal on the main part 3a of the shape retaining part 3 formed in a shape similar to that of the bottom of the bag body 1. This constitution effectively prevents careless entrance of the broke cutting edge to a gap between the shape retaining plate 3 and the bottom of the bag body 1.
