Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion property of the silicone hard coats layers formed on a transparent resin plate and colored layers of a silicone modified acrylic layer and to improve the weatherability and scratching resistance of these colored layers by forming the colored layers in at least a part of the surface of the hard coat layers. SOLUTION: The silicone hard coat layers 2 are formed on both surfaces of the transparent resin plate 1 and the colored layers 3 of the silicone modified acrylic resin are formed in a part of the surface of the hard coat layer 2 on one surface side. The patterns of the colored layers 3 are variously set according to the applications of the transparent resin plate 1. For example, the colored layers 3 are generally formed along the peripheral edges of the transparent resin plate 1 which is used for the front windshields and rear windshields of an automobile. The colored layers 3 of a sound shielding plate are composed to various patterns including stripe patterns in order to improve design properties and to harmonize a proper see-through property and a concealing function.
