SOLUTION: The low strain coupling method for a linear particle accelerating tube which is concerned with this invention, allows a coupler to be joined with an elementary tube by means of partial electrocasting after resin in an epoxy system has been embedded in a clearance 3 existing at an abutting part between the coupler and the elementary tube in the method that one end 2 of the coupler which is the microwave introducing part of the coupler, is joined with one end of the elementary tube accelerating particles.
