INSERTION PLUG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate filling of vinyl chloride inside the insertion plug, facilitate the finishing work of burrs after simultaneous molding, and cure an inside vinyl chloride so that a core (a plug blades holding body) and an outer shell are integrally molded and fixed so as to hardly allow separation of the core and the outer shell. SOLUTION: A hard synthetic resin-made core (a plug blades holding body) 1 to which plug blades 3, 3 are fixed and mounted and a soft synthetic resin- made outer shell 2 covering the core (the plug blade holding body) 1 are integrally and simultaneously molded, and by the double molding an insertion plug is formed. An L-shaped through hole 5 is provided in a flange 4 formed on the outer edge of the core (the plug blades holding body) 1. Soft synthetic resin (g) is pressed in via the L-shaped through hole 5 so as to be filled inside the insertion plug A.
