SOLUTION: Nickel of a Ni layer 15 formed on the surface of a steel shadow mask body is diffused into the shadow mask body, thereby forming an Fe-Ni alloy diffusion layer 17 beneath the Ni layer 15. In this case, the thickness of the Ni layer 15 is at least 10μm. |
