Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly grasp the take-in condition of card by converting force for a card conveyer to take in the card to spring displacement and displaying the value of this spring displacement on a display such as a scale. SOLUTION: When a card C is taken in and a card holder 20 is pulled against springs 31 and 32, a line 43 drawn on a knob 42 is moved to a take-in force display column 50. By reading the value of the take-in force display column 50 shown by the line 43, take-in power at that time can be grasped. When the card C is taken in by take-in force (more than newtons, for example) exceeding the full scale of the take-in force display column 50, a silent latch 60 is detached and the card C is taken into the card conveyer. Namely, when the card take-in force of a main body device is sufficiently large, the card holder 20 is moved, an inclined part 63 at a turning part 61 of the silent latch mechanism 60 is pushed by a pun P2 and a abutting part is separated from the card C and taken into the card conveyer.
