SOLUTION: A capillary column having a plurality of tubular holes 20 with uniform inner diameters and stationary phase film thicknesses is formed. The capillary column of this configuration has a speed and separation efficiency of corresponding value to each one tubular hole and sample loading capacity similar to the total cross sectional area of the all tubular holes 20.
