These reflected light images 24 to 25 are taken with a predetermined timing into an image processing device 7 for processing the images so as to compute data as to dimensions, gaps and distances of predetermined parts of these reflected light images 24 to 26. A personal computer 8 computes an actual dimensions of the groove 2 at each timing.
