Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder coating of an engine cylinder block having sufficient storage stability and excellent in cutting property after coating and baking and obtain a powder coating composition. SOLUTION: In powder coating of an engine cylinder block comprising forming a coating film by applying a powder coating composition to an engine cylinder block, the power coating composition is composed of an epoxy resin, an acid hydrazide-based curing agent in an amount of 4-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin, an extender pigment having 15-45% pigment weight content and 2.5-3.0 specific gravity and an imidazole-based catalyst in an amount of 0.5-1.1 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. epoxy resin.
