PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of color irregularity or prinholes in a skin material by allowing a powder resin to fall on the molding surface held to a heating state of a mold to perform the powder slush molding of the skin material and suppressing the generation of the lump of the powder resin on the peripheral edge part of the opening part when an opening part is formed to the skin material simultaneously with molding by the heat insulating piece bonded to the molding surface. SOLUTION: An inclined surface is provided to the outer periphery bonding side with the molding surface of a heat insulating piece 19 in a state inclined in a taper shape so as to become short in outer dimension toward the end edge part and, at a time of molding, the powder resin in the periphery of the heat insulating piece 19 is supplied toward the molding surface 12 by the taper inclined surface 20 to be sufficiently heated by the molding surface 12 and the generation of the lump of the powder resin in the periphery of the heat insulating piece 19 is prevented to prevent the falling of the powder resin in the periphery of the heat insulating piece 19 from the molding surface 12 at the time of the reversal of a mold 10.
