Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously treat a cyan waste liq. with improved efficiency and reduced manpower by continuously supplying a preheated cyan waste liq. into a pressure vessel, heating, pressurizing and thermally hydrolyzing the waste liq. and then continuously discharging the treated liq. into the succeeding stage from the vessel. SOLUTION: A specified amt. of cyan waste liq. is filled in a pressure vessel 1. Meanwhile, gaseous LPG is burned in a gas-fired heating furnace 2 to heat the waste liq. in the vessel 1 at specified temp. for a specified time. When the decomposition is completed by the increased pressure in the vessel 1 and agitation, the cyan waste liq. in an original liq. storage tank is continuously supplied to the vessel 1 at a flow rate set by a flow control valve 9, the treated liq. is continuously discharged into a gas-liq. separation tank from an outlet 4, and the discharge is controlled by a flow control valve 11. Further, gaseous ammonia separated from liq. is supplied to a burner 16, and the consumption of gaseous fuel is reduced. |
