Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To simplify a frame production process by welding a mounting member on a cylindrical part at a stage of integral molding of a seat frame for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Notch parts each having a protrusion inside are formed on a rim part of a plate-shaped base material such as steel plate and a roughly U-shaped frame shaped upper side frame 2 is molded integrally having cylindrical parts with the rims thereof butting the frame. A support wire 5 is put on the notch parts to be positioned at the cylindrical parts while an electrode is kept in contact with each of the cylindrical parts so that the protrusion of the notch part presses onto the support wire 5 and then, a welding current flows. The protrusion on which the current is concentrated is welded to the support wire 5 and the support wire 5 fitted into a mounting hole formed in the notch part is welded.
