SOLUTION: An inverter 3 determines the carrier frequency and regulates the control constant of a delay circuit 7 depending on the carrier frequency thus determined. For example, the delay control gain is regulated to a preset value when the carrier frequency is higher than a specific value otherwise it is regulated by lowering the frequency gradually.
