Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the load on a battery mounted on a car when charging a chargeable secondary battery built in a key unit by magnetic coupling. SOLUTION: In condition that the ignition key of a key unit 2 is inserted into the key insertion port of the a cylinder key provided at an ignition switch 1, the power feed coil 8 on the side of ignition switch 1 is driven with high frequency by an oscillating circuit 9, and this power feed coil 8 and the power receiving coil 20 on the side of key unit 2 are magnetically coupled with each other, and the AC currents generated in the power receiving coil 20 are rectified with a charge current 19 so as to charge the secondary battery 17. At the time of full charge of the secondary battery 17, a transmitter 15 sends and outputs a personal code number signal, and receiver 3 receives this so as to stop the high frequency drive of the power feed coil 8. Hereby, every operation for charging the secondary battery 17 stops, and the wasteful consumption of the power of the battery 4 mounted on the car is eliminated. |
