Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the lowering rate of inductance to frequency change, and to improve the damping characteristics of a signal at a time when a low-pass filter is constituted in an inductive element, in which a coil body is covered with a magnetic film. SOLUTION: In an inductive element B, in which a lower magnetic film 2, an insulating layer, a coil body 4, an insulating layer and an upper magnetic film 6 are formed onto a substrate 1, slits S1-S4 and (a1)-(a4) radially extended from a center to the regions of corner sections (b) are formed to the upper and lower magnetic films 6, 2. Since the upper and lower magnetic films 6, 2 are interrupted by the slits, eddy current loss is lowered, and the disturbance of magnetic domains generated in the corner-section regions (b) of the inductive element B by a magnetic field H is prevented. The eddy current loss and the disturbance of a magnetic field are inhibited, the increase of the reduction rate of inductance to the frequency conversion of the inductive element is obviated, and a signal damping factor at a time when a low-pass filter is constituted in augmented. |
