Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire composed of a luminaire main body having a line passing part inverse U-shaped in section and inserted into a top rail and a stretching member provided in the luminaire main body and stretching to the bottom surface of the lip piece of the and to easily attach/detach the luminaire main body to and from the top rail by providing a fixing means for locking the luminaire main body in the top rail by friction. SOLUTION: A top rail luminaire installed in a groove type top rail 1 with a lip piece away from a ceiling is provided with a luminaire main body 2 and a fixing means 3. The top rail 1 is for connecting the upper end of a toilet booth panel and a groove type member having lip pieces 8 is used for this. The space of an opening between the lip pieces 8 is formed wide so as to insert a base tool main body 2 therein, a projecting part 9 is provided in the center of its inner part and the top rail 1 is fixed to the panel by inserting a screw into the projecting part 9. Thus, the luminaire main body 2 is housed in the top rail 1 and fixed by stretching the insides of the lip pieces 8 by using the stretching member 29 of the fixing means 3. In this case, since the luminaire main body 2 is attached after the placing of the top rail 1, without considering the attaching position of the luminaire main body 2 in the top rail 1, the top rail 1 is cut and standardized and thereby costs are reduced.
