PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily recognizing the interference state of a three-dimensional model and easily performing the correction operation of the shape even in two-dimensional display. SOLUTION: A coordinate transformation means 6 performs the coordinate transformation processing in a certain coordinate system of a constituting element to be an editing object. An interference checking means 4 detects an interference point between the constituting elements. When the interference checking means 4 detects the interference point of an equipment and one bend point, an auxiliary coordinate system processing means 5 assumes the bend point (interference bend point) corresponding to the interference point and the two bend points present on both sides of the interference bend point and present at positions closest to the interference bend point in piping, defines a straight line connecting the interference bend point (origin) and one bend part as one axis, assumes one axis (vertical to a plane provided with the three points) vertical to it and generates a new coordinate system (auxiliary coordinate system). Then, the coordinate transformation means 6 is driven and the constituting element is coordinate-transformed based on the auxiliary coordinate system and outputted to an output means 7.
