METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRIC POWER OF COMPUTER SYSTEM AND ITS COMPUTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device to control actively the total power consumption of a computer network including plural computer systems connected mutually. SOLUTION: Each computer system 110 is equipped with one or plural modules 111. Each computer system 110 of the computer network 192 starts transfer to a power preservation mode i.e., a 'resting' state as keeping a network interface in a completely operable state in a 'dynamic state'. In such a state, the whole network is always kept in the completely operable state. Therefore, the power sources of a selected module and a peripheral unit are lowered, however, the system controller 114 of each computer system 110, a mutual connector 112 and the network interface perfectly keep the operable state.
