Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an angular-velocity sensor suitable for a constant voltage, which can be used in a narrow dynamic range, by removing an offset error readily with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The angular-velocity detecting means 2 in an equilateral triangular prism shape detects a first output signal fR obtained in correspondence with the rotary angular velocity from a first piezoelectric ceramic 5 and a second output signal fL obtained in correspondence with the rotary angular velocity from a second piezoelectric ceramic 6. The first output signal fR and the second output signal fL are subtracted by a subtracting means 7, and a Coriolis signal S1 is obtained. Based on the signal obtained by adding the first output signal fR and the second output signal fL, a cancel signal Sc , whose polarity is opposite to that of the offset error included in the Coriolis signal S1 and amplitude is equal, is formed by a cancel-signal forming means 15. The offset error contained in the Coriolis signal can be removed by adding the cancel signal Sc to the Coriolis signal S1. The angular-velocity sensor, which can perform these operations, can be realized. |
