Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely express the true value of a measured amount by a method wherein pieces of interval information are processed in a signal technique manner by mutually independent interval measuring channels so as to be supplied to a comparison circuit in a connection manner. SOLUTION: In a measuring channel X on one side, a mapping characteristic curve to an actually existing mechanical gap from a measured reactive component is stored, as the function of the temperature of a measuring coil 5, in a characteristic-line- diagram EPROM 9. In succession, interval signals which are found in both mutually independent measuring channels X, Y are compared by a comparison circuit 10 with is executed by a fail-safe technique, and their agreement is inspected. In this case, the output signal of the circuit 10 acts only when the measuring channels X, Y comprise an agreed value. Since signal passages are completely independent and the signal of the channels X, Y are supplied in a connection manner, an interval can be measured surely in every point of time without having a bad influence on the interval signals in a validity inspection. |
