PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adequate retrieval even when the appearance frequency of model words and phrases is extremely small. SOLUTION: A dictionary registration part 2 extracts an arbitrary term sequence from an example 1 and registers it in an example dictionary 3. A retrieval key setting part 5 sets a retrieval key corresponding to the term sequence in the example dictionary 3 on the basis of the retrieved word 4 according to a word to be retrieved and an attached word. A dictionary retrieval part 7 performs retrieval from the example dictionary 3 according to the retrieval key, selects the term sequence matching the retrieval key most, and extracts an equivalent 8 to the retrieved word from the term sequence.
