Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment capable of effectively treating harmful gas generated around an electrode in electrolyte. SOLUTION: In order to capture harmful gas, from electrolyte together with it, a harmful gas cleaning part member 35 is arranged in a processing pipe 33 stretching from an electrolytic cell. The part member 35 is constituted by fitting a cylindrical catalyst unit 219 in an outer cylindrical body 218. The catalyst unit 219 is constituted by accommodating catalyst 226 in a cylindrical body 225. An annular protrusion 227 of the cylindrical body 225 is fitted in an annular recess 228 of the outer cylindrical body 218. Inside the protrusion recess fitting part, an electrolyte inlet 229 of the outer cylindrical body 218 is interconnected to a through hole 230 of the cylindrical body 225. The other through hole 230 of the cylindrical body 225 is interconnected to an electrolyte outlet 232 on the peripheral wall of a channel 231, via the channel in the outer cylindrical body 218. Electrolyte containing harmful gas does not intrude into the part between the outer cylindrical body 218 and the cylindrical body 225, but introduced into catalyst 226 by the effect of a labyrinth structure.
