Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a filter for fluid from clogging by foreign materials separated from the fluid. SOLUTION: A purifying chamber body 11 comprises a conical purifying chamber 17 having a diameter increasing as it closes to the bottom wall 18 of the purifying chamber 17, a nozzle 19 opening on the inner surface of the purifying chamber 17 and directing to the tangential direction of the inner surface, and a nozzle 20 opening at the top of the purifying chamber 17, allowing the fluid to be injected from the nozzle 19 in to the purifying chamber 17. Thereby, the fluid is swirled so that centrifugally separated foreign materials are directed to the bottom wall 18, allowing the fluid from which foreign materials were separated to be directed to the nozzle 20.
