FORMATION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HEAT MELTING TYPE PAVEMENT MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pave the road surface uniformly and easily without the need of skill. SOLUTION: A pavement material A is supplied to a slit box 3. A freely opened and closed discharge port for discharging a pavement material A to the road surface is provided on the lower part of the slit box 3, and a slit 71, a freely opened and closed notch 8 formed in the rear of the slit 71 and a guide plate 9 laterally extended from the vicinity of the upper end edge of the slit 71 toward the front of the notch 8 in such a manner as to cover the notch 8 are provided in the rear of the discharge port. By this arrangement, the slit box 3 is moved to let the pavement material A flow out through the slit 71 to form a coating with a designated width and thickness, the notch 8 is opened to let the pavement material A enough to fill a joint part with the adjacent coatings to flow out, and the pavement material A which has flowed out is guided to the joint part by a guide plate 9 while the surface is levelled by the lower end of the plate 9, whereby the joint part is also simultaneously filled and coated with the pavement material A.
