Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensated crystal oscillator with which temperature compensation is enabled in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This oscillator is provided with a temperature detection circuit 12 for detecting the ambient temperature of the crystal oscillator, capacitors 5 and 7 selectively parallelly connected to a capacitor 4 as the load capacitance of a crystal vibrator 2 constituting a part of the crystal osicllator, switches 6 and 8 for respectively selectively parallelly connecting the capacitors 5 and 7 to the capacitor 4 of the crystal vibrator 2, and control circuit 13 for respectively switching the ON/OFF of the switches 6 and 8 when the detected ambient temperature reaches the upper limit or lower limit temperature of an operational gap with a predetermined threshold value inbetween. |
