Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing container, such as cartridge, which exhibits an antimicrobial effect over a long period of time by compounding antimicrobial powder contg. an antimicrobial component in glass powder with a resin for molding the cartridge. SOLUTION: This container is formed by mixing the glass powder with a synthetic resin in order to incorporate the antimicrobial glass powder into the synthetic resin body of the container and molding the mixture. The antimicrobial agent itself is slight in the amt. of its addition and, therefore, if the antimicrobial agent is added to the resin as it is, the dispersibility in the resin and the coating material is poor and, therefore, the antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the glass powder and is made bulky and thereafter, such antimicrobial agent is used, by which the dispersibility thereof is improved. Since the antimicrobial agent is incorporated into the glass powder, the antimicrobial agent is gradually released and is stabilized with lapse of time. The effect is thus maintained over a long period of time. The Na, etc., in the glass absorb the moisture in the air and the metals are ionized by this moisture, by which the metals are made to easily exhibit the antimicrobial property. |
