Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve cleaning performance with low pressure and to sufficiently reduce the wearing of the surface of a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The device 100 is provided with a leaf spring member 120 and a plate-like rubber member 110 stuck to the leaf spring member 120. The leaf spring member 120 is made of an SUS material, leaf thickness is about 0.4mm and a free length dimension L is about 24.5mm. As the plate-like rubber member 110, hyper-B2-65 (2mm in plate thickness) made by BANDY CHEMISTRY is used and the whole of the rear surface of the plate-like rubber member 110 is stuck to the leaf spring member 120 by a hot-melting means 150. The bent parts 140 of supporting parts 122 generate elastic force and press the plate-like rubber member 110 on a photoreceptor. In the bent parts of the supporting parts 122, structure for providing opening parts 142, to reduce the pressure is adopted. The total plate width dimension of the bent part 140 is about 12mm. The central part of the leaf spring member 120 is bent and provided with a flange part 130. This flange part 130 contributes to the improvement of the rigidity in a longitudinal direction of the leaf spring member 120.
