DEVELOPER FOR SPEEDY TREATMENT AND COLOR PHOTO DEVELOPMENT METHOD WHICH USES THE DEVELOPER AND PHOTO JUDGING AND TREATMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide developer for speedy treatment, a color photo development method which uses the developer and a photo judging system which are used when speedy treatment such as the judgment of the finals photo in horce race is demanded. SOLUTION: It is developer for speedy treatment in which main black and white developer is blended in coloring developer, and in particular, hydroquinone is preferable as the main block and white developer. The development of a negative film is done by using this developer at development temperature of 40 to 60 deg.C under the condition of pH of 10.65 to 11.76. A part of slit photographing 1 of the finals of a horse race is done by the development of the negative film 2, and a positive picture image 3 is displayed on a TV screen in a condition in which the negative film is still wet to judge the order of arrival speedily 4. Moreover, if the order of arrival is a minute difference, the remaining part of the slit photographing is developed by using negative film 5, enlarged, and printed 6, and the picture image 7 and the positive picture image 3 are compared for examination to determine the order of arrival speedily.
