Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both prevention of rapid taking-out of gas at the starting time in operation of a closing valve and attaining a desired shape of valve seat to be concurrently obtained. SOLUTION: A closing member 12 inserted into a valve chamber 8 in a valve casing 1 is moved to open or close in a substantial vertical direction in regard to a closing valve seat 15. With such an arrangement as above, a resilient seal member 16 fixed to the closing member 12 is abutted against and moved away front the valve seat 15. In the case that the closing member 12 is moved to its closed state, the outer circumferential surface of the closing member 12 is fitted into the inner circumferential surface of a circumferential wall 18 of the valve chamber 8, thereby an annular restriction clearance X is formed between these both surfaces. Then, under a state in which the closing member 12 is kept at its partial opened state where it is moved in a slight upward direction, an inlet passage 6 passes through the opened clearance of the resilient seal member 16, a bottom space 8a in the valve chamber 8 and the annular restriction clearance X in this order and then the inlet passage 6 is communicated with an outlet passage 9. |
