When a stepping motor 181 is driven by a prescribed angle, a gear and a screw shaft are integrally rotated. A nut member is moved in the direction A, and the moving column 12 is moved in the direction A to a fixed column 11. The rocking column 13 and the cylindrical member 22 supported by the moving column 12 through a pivotal pin 21 are also integrally moved in the direction A.
