Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the load added to a driver when the driver erroneously interferes with a steering wheel under the position regulation of the steering wheel by driving a movable member by a stepping motor. SOLUTION: When a stepping motor 171 is driven by a prescribed angle, a gear, spline shaft 173, and a screw shaft 174 are integrally rotated. A nut member is moved in a direction A by the screwing of the screw shaft 174 and the nut member, and a rocking column 13 and a cylindrical member 22 are rocked in a direction B to a moving column 12 with a pin 21 as fulcrum. When a stepping motor 181 is driven by a prescribed angle, a gear and a screw shaft are integrally rotated. A nut member is moved in the direction A, and the moving column 12 is moved in the direction A to a fixed column 11. The rocking column 13 and the cylindrical member 22 supported by the moving column 12 through a pivotal pin 21 are also integrally moved in the direction A.
