STRUCTURE OF PIN FOR HOLE AS CAST IN DIE FOR CASTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a pin for hole as cast in which a gap for cooling water passage formed between the inner peripheral surface of a blind hole of the pin for hole as cast and the outer peripheral surface of a cooling water pipe can be uniformized and the manufacture is facilitated. SOLUTION: The blind hole 24 with steps shrinking the diameters at the closed tip side is formed in the inner part of the pin body 23 for hole as cast and the cooling water passage 26 is demarcated between the inner peripheral surface of the blind hole 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the cooling pipe 25 by loosely fitting the cooling water pipe 25 in the inner part of this blind hole 24. Concentricity of each segment 253 , 254 , 255 is secured by constituting the cooling water pipe 25 with an integrally formed pipe with steps and the gaps α, β, γ for the cooling water passage 26 can uniformly be held.
