Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new oligonucleotide, capable of determining the species, having a specific base sequence and useful as a reagent, etc., for identification capable of rapidly and simply identifying the species of a fish disease bacterium Pasteurella piscicida which is a pathogenic bacterium of bacterial pseudotuberculosis constantly prevailing in a culture farm. SOLUTION: This new oligonucleotide is useful for the determination of the species of a fish disease bacterium Pasteurella piscicida comprising a base sequence represented by the formula and identification, etc., of the species of Pasteurella piscicida which is a pathogenic bacterium of bacterial pseudotuberculosis for fishes, constantly prevailing in a culture farm and causing a great economic loss. The oligonucleotide is obtained by selecting a base sequence specific for the Pasteurella piscicida from a gnomic DNA of the Pasteurella piscicida and carrying out the condensation and synthesis in the order of the sequence in the presence of a condensing agent by using a commercially available synthetic raw material corresponding to each of adenine, cytosine, thymine and guanine. |
