Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress picture irregularities, to unnecessitate the high-speed operation of a microprocessor controlling this, and to make the load on the microprocessor small, by performing a changeover from memories used before a changeover operation to different memories among plural pieces of nonvolatile memories. SOLUTION: This controller is privided with two pieces of attribute memories 7A, 7B and two pieces of color palette memories 18A, 18B which are nonvolatile memories. When a preceding operation is completed, the preceding operation and a following operation are alternately and continously repeated by using attribute memories 7A, 7B, line buffer memories 10A, 10B and color buffer memories 18A, 18B different from memories at the time of the preceding operation by the output signal, etc., of a next timing controller 2. That is, output operations are repeated by using a memory having been selected while selecting respectively one piece of picture memory to be actually used and using memories alternately. Thus, it is eliminated that a picture on a picture display medium is disturbed for a moment. |
