LOCK MECHANISM OF STAND FOR PORTABLE MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism of stand easily usable for portable measuring devices. SOLUTION: A portable measuring device 1 has at least an indication part 1A. Both end parts 21 of a stand 2 formed approximately in U-shape are connected freely rotatably to both sides 11 of a measuring device 1. The end part 3B of a plate spring 31 is fixed to the rotation center of at least one side surface of the measuring device 1 and a cone shape projection 30 is formed at the end part 3B which is a free end at opposite side of the end 3A of the plate spring 31. A hole 20 inserted by the projection is formed in the stand 2, in which the projection 30 comes when the stand 2 is contained in the stand 2 to regulate the rotation of the stand 2. If the stand 2 is rotated by the stronger force than the elastic force of the plate spring 31, the connection between the projection 30 and the hole 20 is released and the indication part 1A of the measuring device 1 is slantingly arranged with the stand 2.
