Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adverse effect such as a lowering of refrigerating capacity due to oligomers formed and deposited from a part even when the part made of thermoplastic polyester materials is used in a closed type electric compressor and in a refrigerating cycle having the closed type electric compressor. SOLUTION: Formation of oligomers from a thermoplastic polyester resin made member is prevented by using thermoplastic polyester resin for a connecting part 6 of a stator 8, an insulated film 12 and a binding thread on a closed type electric compressor furnished with an electric element consisting of the stator 8 and a rotor 9 in the inside of a closed container 2.
