Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble, such as an error and correction, due to the fluctuation of an oil outflow amount occasioned by the change of the number of revolutions, in a device wherein, to detect deterioration of engine oil through the increase of viscosity, an impeller is arranged in a flow of oil to be rotated by a motor, and the increase of the load of the motor is measured. SOLUTION: A pipe 11 having two ends communicated with the oil pan 3 of an engine 1, an impeller 12 is arranged in the enlargement part 10 of a pipe 11 and rotated with the aid of a motor 13. A load when the motor 13 is run at the specified number of revolutions is measured by a motor load display part 14, and a measuring result is inputted to a deterioration display part 15. When a signal from a temperature sensor 16 is within a specified temperature range and a load signal exceeds a specified value, display of deterioration is effected by the deterioration display part 15. This constitution prevents an influence from being exercised by a feed flow rate of oil.
