Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of an alga for a long time and to facilitate peeling of the alga by coating the side groove surface of a sediment tank for discharging at least upper water with a silicon resin in waste water treatment facilities. SOLUTION: As a method of coating a silicon resin, lining of a silicon rubber sheet material, coating of liquid silicon rubber or coating of silicon paint is considered. Any kind of silicon paint is used, for instance silicon group or metamorphic silicon group. In waste water treatment facilities, by coating the side groove surface of a sediment tank for discharging upper water with silicon paint, the sticking of an alga or its growth in the side groove surface of the sediment tank for discharging the upper water is prevented for a long time and if the sticking of an alga occurs because of a long-time use, this is eliminated by lightly rubbing this with a soft brush.
