Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fuel tank structure of a motor-bicycle which can enlarge a tank capacity by effectively utilizing a space under a seat. SOLUTION: A fuel tank 40 which is longitudinally long extending over from the front lower side of a tandem seat to its rear lower side and wider than width between right and left frames is arranged between the right and left frames 12 below the tandem seat 10 whose rear part is composed higher than its front part, and the fuel accommodating section of the fuel tank is arranged above and moreover between the right and left frames, and the upper face of the fuel tank is formed higher toward a backside along the bottom plate 10a of the tandem seat, and a seat load is supported by the upper face of the fuel tank, and an oil filler port 54 is provided on the upper face of the rear part of the tank located below the rear part of the tank.
