Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and quickly start up a vehicle in halt with an oil hydraulic drive mechanism by promptly actuating the oil hydraulic circuit. SOLUTION: An output shaft 7 of a transmission 4 connected through a clutch 3 to an engine 2 drives the mechanical driving axle interlocking rear wheels together, and a pair of left and right oil hydraulic motors 41 and 41a drive the oil hydraulic driving axle interlocking front wheels together. The oil hydraulic motors 41 and 41a are driven by pressurized oil from a main oil hydraulic pump 12 connected to an intermediate shaft 5 of the transmission 4. An auxiliary oil hydraulic pump 43 driven by an electric motor 42 is provided for holding the oil pressure in the oil hydraulic circuit of the main oil hydraulic pump 12.
