Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an automated safety guide if a loop coil is not identified by providing a portable device with a means which detects only the magnetic flux of the loop coil and opens/closes the main power, etc., of devices. SOLUTION: A detection coil 2 is fitted in a portable device 1. and the detection signal is amplified by a preamplifier 3-1. The amplified output is detected by a level detector 8, and a switch 9 is actuated when the output is above a specified level. The switch 9 is an appropriate open/close means such as an electronic switch, relay, etc. The output of the preamplifier 3-1 is sent to a main amplifier 3-2 so that the output can be heard by a person using an audio converter such as a speaker 4, etc. The power of the main amplifier 3-2 is provided from a main power 10 through the switch 9, and the power of the preamplifier 3-1 and the level detector 8 is provided directly from the main power 10 without through the switch 9. The result is that an automated safety guide is realized if a loop coil is not identified.
