PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the device serving information such as contents and location of installations like hotels and hospitals at public places such as railway stations to easily serve the information without losing emergency in the event of an emergent affair. SOLUTION: In the case of transmission of information from an information server, the transmitted information is tentatively stored in an information temporary storage section 3. When the system operator enters an instruction to desire the confirmation of contents of the stored information in the information temporary storage section 3 after that, a number and a storage date added to the information stored in the information temporary storage section 3 is served to the system operator via an operation management section 5 and the system operator designates information to be confirmed based on the served contents. Thus, the information to be confirmed by the system operator is outputted via the operation management section 5. Then an identification number is added to the information by the system operator and the information to which the identification number is registered in an information storage section 4.
