PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely cope with such a case that a user forgets the manager ID or cancels a wrong set state, by periodically or automatically changing the contents of the manager ID in place of a fixed master manager ID. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a generation start means 6 which starts a master manager ID generation means 8 based on the date/time data which are stored in the device or can be acquired, and the means 8 which generates the prescribed data based on a prescribed algorithm. Then, the prescribed data generated by the means 8 are held by a master manager ID holding means 9. In such a constitution, a manager ID reproduction device owned by a maker, etc., can reproduce the master manager ID when a user forgets the manager ID or cancels a wrong set state. Furthermore, the master manager ID becomes unavailable despite leakage of its information because the manager ID is variable in a short cycle.
