CLEANING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unsatisfactory cleaning without using any conventional cleaning blade, etc., by forming respective opening parts of a push-pressing board in such a way that the locus of cleaning by each of opening parts on a photoreceptor drum surface and each locus of other adjacent opening parts may coincide with or overlap each other in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The thin push-pressing board 3 in which an opening part 5 is formed on the side facing a photoreceptor drum 2 side is attached to a frame 1a. The push-pressing board 3 is so constituted that the entire area of its contact surface may act as the surface, subjected to cleaning, of a photoreceptor drum 2, while being deformed along the peripheral surface of photoreceptor drum 2. The push-pressing board 3 is formed in an uniform parallel alignment of opening parts 5 in the longitudinal and the opening part 5 is formed in an opening shape the entire of which inclines to the longitudinal direction to its lateral direction. And, each opening part 5 of this push-pressing board 3 is so formed that the locus of cleaning by the opening part 5 on the surface of the photoreceptor drum 2 and the same locus by adjacent other opening 5 may coincide with or overlap each other in the longitudinal direction.
