Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter using an acryl-based photosensitive color compsn. which produces little thermally decomposed material of an acryl resin in the heating process to fix a pattern and hardly leaves residue and which has good adhesion property with a substrate. SOLUTION: This color filter consists of a color resin layer in a pattern on a substrate, and the color resin layer is produced by applying an acryl-based photosensitive color compsn. and curing with light. The color compsn. contains an acryl-based resin, an org. dye, a dispersant, photopolymerizable monomers, a photopolymn. initiator and a solvent. The acryl resin essentially consists of copolymers containing at least one of isobornyl (meth)acrylate, dicyclopentenyl (meth)acrylate, dicyclopentenyl oxyethyl (meth)acrylate, tricyclo-(5,2,1,0 )-decanyl (meth)acrylate and tricyclo-(5,2,1,0 )-decanyl oxyethyl (meth)acrylate, and at least one of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid.
