Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar equipment for vehicles of which at least one of laser light emitting state, laser light sweeping state, and reflected laser light receiving state can be monitored. SOLUTION: A light emitting monitor circuit 70 receives laser light emitted from a laser diode 41 by a light receiving element 71 positioned above a rotation mirror 51 and based on the light reception result, a light emitting circuit 40 is monitored. A sweeping monitor circuit 80 receives the reflected laser light of the rotation mirror 30 by a light receiving element 81 and based on the light reception result, the sweeping state of a sweeping mechanism 50 is monitored. A light receiving monitor 120 makes a light receiving element 101 of a light receiving circuit 100 receive light from its light emitting element 121 and based on the light reception result, the operation state of the light receiving element 101 is monitored.
