Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin the thickness dimension of a heat insulating material, and downsize the body at large, by providing a first heater between heat accumulating materials which are arranged, leaving space in which to form a heat accumulating passage, and, also, providing a second heater in a hot air passage, and arranging the hot air passage such that it surrounds a heat insulating material. SOLUTION: At the time of heat accumulation, the opposite faces of heat accumulating materials 5a and 5b are heated with the radiant heat from a heater 6 by applying currents to only the heater 6, and the heat accumulating materials 5a and 5b are made to accumulate heat. At heating operation, currents are applied to the heaters 6 and 10 and a blower 12, and air sucked from a suction port 1 is sent to a hot air passage 9 and a heat accumulating passage 7 by a blower 12, and it is heated with a heater 10 into hot air, and is blown out from a nozzle 2. On the other hand, the air within the heat accumulating passage 7 is heated with the heater 6 and also the heat accumulated in the heat accumulating materials 5a and 5b is radiated, and is joined with the hot air flowing within the hot air passage 9, and is blown off from the nozzle 2. According to this, the efficiency of heat receiving and radiation goes up, and the heat accumulating materials 5a and 5b are downsized for weight reduction.
