Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a device according to working conditions and prevent deterioration of engine performance and increase of noises by enabling independent setting of rotational speed of a cooling fan on an engine speed. SOLUTION: An engine cooling device has heat exchangers such as an intercooler 9a, an oil cooler 9b and a radiator 9c, and a double suction centrifugal fan 3, an electrically driven motor 6 which transmits driving force to a rotary shaft 3a of the double suction centrifugal fan 3 through a fan belt 22 for rotation, and a water pump 5 which is driven by driving force from a crank shaft 11 of an engine 2 and makes cooling water of the engine 2 circulate inside the radiator 9c through a cooling water piping 15.
