SOLUTION: An autoclave is filled with a polyfluoro-saturated hydrocarbon iodide as a solvent, iodine, a catalyst (for example, niobium or the like), iodine pentafluoride are charged in the autoclave, the space in the reactor is replaced with nitrogen.
