Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition which is prepared by adding the whole lipids, extracted from roe of a sea animal with a solvent, to a nutritive component and abundantly contains a highly unsaturated fatty acid and phospholipid in which the highly unsaturated fatty acid is connected to a carbon of sn-2 position on a glycerol skeleton. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by extracting fish roe as a raw material with a solvent and the extracted whole lipids, the whole phospholipids or fractionated phospholipids are added to nutritive components (suitably fluid foods for nutritive supply or milk for infant). As a raw material, e.g. roe of salmon or herring is illustrated. As a solvent for extraction, a mixed solvent of a nonpolar one and a polar one is preferably used. For example, a mixed solvent such as chloroform-methanol (2:1) in volume ratio is illustrated. The extraction with solvent is preferably repeated several times by using 5-20 pts.wt. of the solvent based on 1 pt.wt. of the dry roe of a sea animal under homogenizing using a homogenizer at 60 deg.C for 10-180min. in the absence of oxygen. Further, the objective composition is preferably made in the form of emulsion or dry form. |
